So with such experience, $50 increment in renewal makes her $600. Which is really subjective, and case to case basis. Seems like as long as the helper is worth her value, i believe all employers are more than willing to exchange $50 for that ‘better’ help.

Never been to Taiwan before, but joining a local tour as Hong Thai refuses to refund fully for my trip to Sendai in Mid April 2011. They only allow a transfer of destination. So being stuck with them in a way. Anyone had silimar experiences with the group or itenary i am going? Pls let me know whether is Hong Thai’s strength in Taiwan?
