Hi, I just enrolled my boy to first toa payoh primary school. I am trying to look for parents support group or someone who has child currently study in the school, but it is hard to find. As the application rate is so low in 2021, i am a bit worry if i make the right choice. Can someone please advise me. Many thanks.

My younger one is going to graduate this year and I do have some left over brand new school socks and excercise book and some preloved but almost new school uniform. Also many prelove school files that are good condition.Do pm me if you keen I can pass to you after Oct when the psle finish

Oops apologies the items I can only pass to you in school holidays. Still cannot skip school after the psle:)

Hi any idea how the chance for getting into that school as first choice? The cut off point under that school is 152-195. If the student let's say score about 180 how the chance?
Do you mean the aggregate range of 2019 PSLE students post to that school is printed in the booklet as 152-195?

If that's what you mean, then the cut off point in 2019 was 152 (the lowest number in that aggregate range).

If your child scored 180, then will almost certainly get in with room to spare. But you may want to choose another school with a 180+ as your first choice, 179 as second choice, etc. Unless you really love this \"152\" school like it's literally next door to your house.
Yup we really hope to go in that school as just a few blk away from our flat. To us distance more important. Thanks zac's mum.

Hi parents,
I'm applying my child under the phrase 2CS. Will like to know more about the teaching culture (communication btw teachers & parents, are teachers encouraging to slower learners etc). Because there is little information about this school on the internet.
Very much appreciated for any information shared from you all~
Thank you!

Yes, any parent kind enough to shed any information about this school? This school has only 3 pages all in all. Not much information about FTPPS online, here or facebook. Are there parents support group? The school’s social media needs some oomph to it, especially when your students are lugging a camera around, most of the time. I do not get much information from the school’s facebook too. I kind of feel like I am talking into a well somehow, somewhat. :?:

Yes there is parents support group and the teachers are not bad. They even do extra zoom lesson specially for my child who is just finish his psle this year. So great that he pass all the subjects.
Finally my child has finish the psle paper. Yeah!Next year again for my younger one. Anyone has any idea does parents need to accompany our child go the school when collect result?

Yes, moral support , Go with your child 🙂

Due to covid-19 ,
this year,
don't think schools will allow parents to sit at back of the hall anymore, to await for release of results, unlike previous pre-covid years. Schools are very strict now, don't anyhow let parents entered school premises, due to covid.

Very likely,
students just go directly to their own P6 classroom, and collect their PSLE results.
