Sweetiegalaxy, im juz a student but im willing to share my pov. Depends on what your daughter likes. For example i am posted to SNGS(this yr) but decided to appeal for cedar (haha d exact opposite) SNGS is more traditional and puts emphasis on chinese language and studies while cca although is impt, is not as emphasised on in SNGS. SNGS is also alot more strict when it comes to school rules. However st nicks is quite abit better den cedar in terms or cop and ranking so itll be a safer choice. Cedar girls place emphasis on sports and cca (if im not wrong) and ur daughter will enjoy it if she does not want too much stress. And d scl rules n regulations are not as strict as SNGS but no matter what your decision, both are great scls appeals are closing 23 dec (tmr) 12 noon and if ur daughter wants to appeal, you shld hurry becuz the appeal form takes quite a long time to fill especially the part where you have to share an experience abt a situation dat required u to uphold a principle or value dear to u n d cchallenges u encountered (that was cedar's appeal form but im not sure abt the rest) dis is all my personal pov so it rly depends on ur daughter's personality but good luck to whatever decision u n ur daughter make

i scored 258 +3 (hcl) this year and my first choice is rgs. If in the event i do not get posted to rgs, am i able to appeal even if i do not meet the cop? Or can i appeal to another school, Cedar o levels, which is not in any of my choices but i got higher than cop (based on prev years) If so, can someone pls explain how to appeal? What sort of documents do i need to bring on the appeal date? :xedfingers:

Umm... i scored 258+3 (hcl) for psle this year(2016) and i did not put cedar as any of my school choices but after the submission closed, i regretted my decision and i wanted to go to cedar (o'levels) instead.
