Good morning P1 mummies. How was you child’s first week in school? Anyone want to exchange contacts so we can update/check with each other on school activities (eg. Test dates, spelling lists, feedback on teachers, etc) in the future? My girl is in 1S7 and has enjoyed school so far, but she can’t seem to remember instructions the teachers tell her. ( she did not tell us she was suppose to wear sports attire yesterday, lucky we heard the school announcement). Navinis, yah, there was a blue/pink (can’t remember clearly which colour) form that they gave out on registration day. I’m so excited to see all the new students and teachers.

Thanks for the heads up. Called the school to ask yesterday about the move. They advised that the current plan is to stay in the current location. No move to AMK in the pipe for now. Let’s hope it stays that way.

Oh actually we are just 5 mins walk away from HIPS, we will walk to school next year. DD is at my workplace childcare which is no where near our home thus none of her kindy classmates are going to HIPS.


What about you all, which areas are you from?

Navanis , Queendom, are you all living near the school? My girl is so shy and none of her kindy friends will be in this school, I was wondering if we can organize some playdates before school start so she can have some friends she knows when she is there.
