You definitely won’t get a chance at MTS, so that’s that.

You can either choose to ballot at Punggol Green or avoid the ballot and pick one of the following:
Edgefield, Punggol View, Valour

Alternatively, you can ballot at Punggol Green and pick Edgefield or Valour in Phase 2CS.

Wanna check… if we are using caretaker’s (grandparents) address and even if they are staying with 1km of the selected school, they are still considered as within 1km - 2km category for admission priority?
