How long did it take to heal?I'm having some difficulty eating and it's really frustrating me.....taking so long somemore.Any remedies, kindly share. Cheers.Skunk, no experience with sprained jaw but you sure it's nothing to do with the teeth?I go to this Bowen therapist who believes that the jaw alignment may be \"out\" in the event of trauma e.g., kid accidentally whack you or hard knock etc. Could you provide more details as to when you're aware of this and possibly if you can pinpoint the trigger?
