parents, can you help me understand what the DSA application form will look like?
I am trying to understand this point in moe website:\"You may provide information on non-school based activities and achievements, which are related to your child's chosen talent areas. This section is non-compulsory, with a limit of 10 entries and no supporting documents are needed.\"
Will the entries allow us to be descriptive, or each entry will allow us to mention one achievement?
Hi Lavanya123, you can refer to this
https://www.moe.gov.sg/-/media/files/secondary/2021/dsa-application-template-nonmainstream.docx for a sample of the application form.
There is a limit in the word count for each entry. So you basically have to list down and summarise.
Pertaining to your previous question (and another user) on the portfolio, this is not the portfolio submission. If you are shortlisted by NUSH, you will receive an email from them to submit a proper portfolio. You can include photos, or write-ups, giving more details on what you have indicated in the 10 entries for the DSA application.
As for the school choices, it is not necessary to list down 3 choices. If you only have 2 schools in mind, that’s fine.
