I went to the Phase 2B balloting on Friday. 13 applicants for 3 seats. The principal mentioned that in Phase 2C, historically chances are slim for folks live between 1 to 2km. Thus, I’m stuck if I should register in Phase 2C as I live between 1 and 2km.
