Hello kitty at serangoon nex is fine but the queue is long.

Chugington at marina square is not quite interesting as the trAins could hardly move.
Pokemon at city square is too short Unlike the previous years.

My friends mentioned that Chuggington was boring but her son likes it a lot. Just back from the 30-min Gruffalo show at Forum (1pm, show passes avail 30 mins before show time), that was fab. Strongly recommended! There was also a security guard who asked that adults sat at the side so as not to block the children.

NCPS PV result is out. I am one of the many rejected applicants. I think the chances for my DS to get into NCPS is extremely slim even I am staying last then 500m from the school. I think the MOE should seriously consider the abolish of the phase 2A/A1 system. I have see parents who stay so far from the school being enrolled just because they are related or alumi of the school.
hi smurfynut,

i thought both 2013 P1 intake and 2014 P1 intake going to remain the same at 270, ie. same as 2012.

if 2013 P1 accept 240 and 2014 P1 even lesser at 210, jia luat lor! those staying beyond >2 km no need to consider being PVs anymore.

did you hear this news from our school ?

      Hi phtthp
I am a current PV (registering DD next year) and I heard the news from the other PVs, so not verified by school. Shall check it out tomorrow when I go for the reading programme. Will \"report back\" here.

u can ask but not sure whether the school will disclose before getting the confirmation and approval from MOE.....

usually these \"information\" are from hearsay only especially between the PVs..... btw i used to be a PV too..

my feeling is even if the school reduce the intake by 30 next year, u still stand a good chance if u are within 2km.....
KSP you are absolutely right, the school was unable to provide the information on the above. Unfortunately I am not within 2km, in fact, quite a number of us current PVs are not. Hope that there will be no balloting next year...

Hi, does anyone know what would be the intake for rgps after turning single-session?

I think it is 210. They have cut one class (300 to 270) for next year's intake and will cut another (270 to 240) for 2013 and yet another for 2014 (240 to 210).

Hi I am new to the forum and was reading this thread wondering why CHIJ Katong Primary (opposite TNS) is not listed as one of the schools under marine Parade?
