1. This guy Phang Yu Hon is an extremely arrogant and pompous character.


2. He often brags about how great a tutor he is and that it’s a privilege to be in his class.

3. This guy lacks humility.

4. I have seen him throwing out potential students from his class because he feels the students needs him more than he needs them.

5. He fills his classes to the brim, sometimes more than 45 students a sitting.

6. He might be a popular tutor but don’t count on him going the extra mile or having the interest of your children at heart.

7. He is purely and solely motivated by money and profits to the point that he thinks he is running a business with monopolistic command of the market.

8. I have pulled my children out of his classes because of the way he treats his clients / students. Extremely rude and un-appreciative, too calculative and a time watcher.

9. He also runs his business like a production line. So forget it if you need an extra minute of his time.

10. He lacks personal touch and have forgotten he is running a service industry.

11. Bottom-line, I think he has forgotten his humble beginnings and acting like a spoilt brat.

12. This guy will never make it as a teacher in any MOE schools… the Principal will likely sack him for watching the clock, lack of empathy and the way he talks to his students.
