Do we need to bring the report book for Sec 1 registration?

I am very grateful because my boy did 207 and I am desperate for advice about whether to choose this school as first choice because it is near my home and my boy has attention deficit and so needs more time to study less time to travel to school better.

but was afraid whether I putting him in a very ill disciplined school.

A friend's child was there. They used to produce value-added academic results every year and very good CCA results despite having no cut-off points. But heard that the academic standard has dropped despite having much better cut-off points. My friend's child did his GCE last year, and according to him, the teachers felt that it's the best batch (in terms of cut-off) but the worst GCE results.
