I would beg to differ actually. It might be true that she does drilling to a certain extent, but personally, I would attribute it to Singapore's education system. Moreover, why would you question one's method if it works? My child improved from a C to A* within 3 terms, so I would definitely recommend her.

Does she teach 1 to 1? Is she using assessment books to teach or her own teaching materials? Does she teach oral too?

Hi Parents,

Any of your kids are in primary 3 in Endeavour. Just to get feedback. Seems like the teachers are not providing the test dates properly for Chinese and Science. The teacher merely post in the class blog to mention the test is in week 9. Any parents experienced the same problem? In the last 2 years, the teachers would always provide written notices to us to let us know exactly when is the test date. I have written to the form teacher and was told that they are not able to fix the date as not all classes can complete the syllabus at the same time, thus will only fix the date nearer to the actual date. I really don't think its acceptable.

We are facing the same problems. According to my child, last Friday they had their Chinese test. I'm quite puzzled as I thought it should be held in week 9. It seemed not standardized at all. There is no test dates given for Chinese and science tests.
