I would personally choose BCME, as it opens out route towards the medical field(medicine, dentistry etc).


However PCME offers a wider array of degrees and jobs in contrast to BCME. It eventually however boils down to which course she is interested in.

I own a kindle myself and I think it’s really good. For books, just buy from Amazon and it will be inside your Kindle!

Tried using my cousin’s, was lagging quite a bit although it would say it is decent for its price.

Not everyone is perfect and I think they have done a great job thus-far… Though much improvement can be made.

I would say HCI is a better choice if you want a more "Chinese" environment. Either way, both NJC and HCI are IP schools and the people there are alright as well. All the best!
