Just wanted to share how we helped my niece (who is now 8 years old) develop a love of reading. We set up a fun reading corner with books in and outside it and he loved to stay there. We also read aloud a lot, and we did brain breaks so he can get his wiggles out. During these brain breaks we would all act out the characters that we just read about.
Actually I am pretty sure I have seen a few ads in this app. These were ads of another channels for kids, I believe. But maybe they have been just recently added.
Yes, sure! We both speak mandarin to our LO and we also let our kid listen to mandarin speech. I am not a native speaker but I still speak mandarin and English to our LO so that he knows that I understand Mandarin.

As for me, this looks like a quite normal behavior. Give her a couple more weeks and the problem should vanish on its own. Keep us posted!
