Thk u Chief 🙏
Yes. That's what I mean. So the last day of Phase 2C is a very important day.
You will only know the number of places remaining and the total number of applicants for that Phase. You will not know how many applicants are local citizens, PRs, foreigners, etc. -

Thk u Chief for your advice. I will stick to 2b at SAP, like you said, not worth the risk.
I would just stick to St Anthony's in Phase 2B. It's not worth the risk to try for West Spring. -
RE: All About Primary Schools' Balloting History
Hi just want to check if it’s possible to know the number of places available in 2c and the number of people registered before I decide whether to register?

You mean to go for 2b at SAP, then see how many apply for 2c at WSP, if 2c is not too oversubscribed, then decide whether to withdraw 2b and register 2c at WSP? Is this what u mean? Is it possible to know the figures of 2c availability before balloting? Pls advise
I guess you will have to ballot for West Spring Pri in Phase 2C? Why not just go for SAPS in 2B and wait to see the competition for West Spring in 2C? -

RE: Choosing and Evaluating Primary Schools
Need advice. I m eligible for 2b at St Anthony Primary School, which is 5 mins drive and 2c for West Spring Primary which is literally below my block. There is a new playground below my block and every evening all the kids who are playing there are from WSP. If I put my kid to SAP, he might not have much friends downstairs but he will get a boost to SJI (affiliated). If I put my kid at WSP, he will have lots of friends downstairs but I can’t help him to get into a good school like I could with SAP. Of course everything also need to comes to good PSLE results. Pls advise thk u

RE: Choosing and Evaluating Primary Schools
If I am successful at 2b, can I go register and ballot (if any) for 2c at another school? This is because I am afraid that I will fail at 2c and still have 2b to fall on. Pls advise

RE: St Anthony's Primary
Can I also ask, if I am successful in 2b at SAPS, can I ballot again 2C at WSP? In case 2C not successful I still have 2b at SAPS. Pls advise thk u

RE: St Anthony's Primary
So I guess your answer is go for SAPS right? The good point is that it’s affiliated to SJI, might help a little for my kid’s psle in case he doesn’t do well. Was thinking of that, until a playground was set up under my block. Literally every kid who played there is from WSP, if I go for SAP, then he might not have much friends below, but if I go for WSP, lots of friends downstairs but I can’t help him go to a better secondary school. Headache, any advice?
