there aren’t many BASC at Clementi… most students go to the one at Clementi central opposite Clementi Primary school run by Little Professors… so not many to choose from…

try the BASC at Bukit Batok by pro teach…little professors student care centre has a presence there as well…

i called up the little professors branch at cck… they do not offer abacus…but their admin staff offered math tuition instead…

they are franchised…do they use different tutors???

is that near pioneer mall? i think there are other more reputable ones such as Novelty Learning Centre at Pioneer Mall… and I think Little Professors is also nearby… I haven’t heard of Windsor before…
