The point about it is that now HK allows FDW to make applications to gain PR status. Can you imagine what will happen if that is to follow in Singapore?

considering a cruise this year-end holidays. only concern is the need to remain connected to the internet a.k.a office. any confirmation on the internet charges and availability of 3G reception?

Yes, the latest memo is out, read the memo it will not affect the current P1 and P2. The P1 will start from 2013 onward.
