Hello watmekiasu. My school has students learning violin as young as 3 years old. For 3 years old, they will use a smaller violin like 1/16 size. It always depend on the child’s interest and attention span. It also depends on how the teacher sustains their interest as well as their parents encouragement and being part of their learning progress.

Hello Sunset_dae. It is for 3 years old. I wanted to update the mistake in date but unfortunately my laptop crash. Till now, I have been trying to recover the data. Thank you for voicing your concern. 3 is a starting age for violin. Children of that age will use the 1/16 size violin. We have many students falling under that age range as we have two preschools beside us.

Hello Mummy2008. We are starting a course, Sunnytimes at Thistlesound. It is specially designed for children of 18months to 3 years old. It will be on every Saturday. Children will enjoy our music and movement classes and the best part, we also incorporate positive character development into our Sunnytimes to build positivity and good character in a child.
