Want to ask, now that moe has updated the website on whether need to ballot, anyone knows if that if for example they say SC within 1km need to ballot, is number of applicants there is total applicants (inclusive of >1km) or is that the number of applicants within 1km that will be balloting?

if my boy would like to enter SJI Junior:

1. must he attend a specific catholic church? or any catholic church will do?
2. must he be a baptized catholic? (from any church?)
3. if he is baptized, does he qualify for phase 2B?
4. if he is not baptized but attends catholic church, stays within 2KM of the school, does he qualify for phase 2B or 2C?
