Though my DD is only in next year, but I think leaving more buffer time i.e 4.15pm is preferred so that you can cope with any unexpected issues such as system lagging and error, long queues, principal in toilet etc.


Going for changes at the very last minute will only stress you n spouse more especially when needed to deal with 2 schools?

I missed the PV route too and deeply regretted my passiveness which cause my DD and DS (younger) to join a school of their choice.

Does Phase 2C suppl also requires balloting? or will MOE do the allocating under Phase 2C suppl?

Sigh… I also acknowledged the fact that my wife and I are very ill-informed and ill-prepared thus missed out on the chance to PV and also a chance for the kids study at the school(s) of our choice. We joined this forum quite late. T_T

While bearing no ill-intention to the schools under phase 2C supp, we were rather disappointed to see that the schools we had hope for are not available in phase 2C suppl.

Is there anywhere to check on the size of P1 children in 2015 so as to gauge the odds?

Would like to ask on your views upon the 2013 P1 registration…

Frankly, I am quite anxious after seeing how Phase 2C ends. My wife and I did not go for PV as we thought my dd has a good chance of entering a sch which we are within 1km to 2km category. However, it seems like that chance is very low.

Can I ask if it is too late for us to go apply for PV in order to catch phase 2B in 2014 registration and whether it is likely to be a more competitive phase 2C in 2014 as well…

If yes, by when and how do we ask YZPS?

Do they require the PV to be 2 years ahead of registration? I’m residing within 1-2km from YZPS.

My girl is going K2 next year so we are stressed indirectly by the progress seen in this year’s P1 exercise.
