I started my SAHP for half a year when my 3 yrs old girl started her full day CC.


Then, She contacted HFMD and sick every month. Recently Doctor advised us not to put her in CC as She has a weak lung and easy to get sick in a CC environment.

Some parents in this forum commented that teachers in CC might not have active teaching as they are mostly occuppied in day-caring the kids.

So is it good idea to put her in a 3 hrs lesson in a church or change her to morning 3 hours in the same CC? At the same time I have to coach my boy who is going to be Pri.4.

Is there other issues that i need to be considered?

Any sharing or comments on my plan?

Thank you very much for the information. My girl keeps falling sick, month after month after enrolling in N1. So now we can keep her in half day session instead of full day in N2.

I understand that it is compulsory for kid to attend Kindergarten.

But is it compulsory to attend Nursery class at the age of 4 yrs old , in order to qualify to attend the Kindergarten class? :?

Every time, I give her assessments to do, she will wait till I come back from work to sit with her to do or does not want to do at all. Furthermore, she only does MCQ questions. Different method for different kid. Perhaps she wanted you to keep her accompany. Try to allocate a short time (eg. 30hrs read together time) to do something together just before bed. Go to library together to select an interesting story book and read together each night. Could do role play in the story book, etc.

as for my kid, when he was in Pri.1 & 2, he love to have a daily timetables for his school holiday. set some time for assignment time, tv time, play time in a day.

Now he was Pri.3 and no longer love timetables, he started to know to plan his assignment/ reading time. Just set a target for each week for him to achieve. Once he achieved it, we will go out together to window shopping or exercise. :celebrate:

Hi my neighbour's kid went to this branch. Both kid and the family has no regrets in enrolling her in this school. She has been with the school since 4 yrs old (last year).

They have a lot of extra class but u need to pay also. eg. cookery class, art class, computer. The school follows the Primary school term, so it close during the school holiday. If you have someone to look after during the school closure, then go ahead.
