    • RE: All About Kids' Eye-sight

      Hi,

My 5 year old child was prescribed -1.50D (right eye) & -1.25D (left eye) in Dec 2014. Didn’t make any glasses for her. Then jumped to -2.00D for both eyes in June 2015. Dr. prescribed atropine 0.01%. And I made a pair of glasses for her. In Sep 2015 her prescription dropped to the original -1.50D and -1.25D. Dr’s explanation was the fluctuation in the measurement. And she actually recommended to measure the eyeball axial length for the subsequent follow-ups.

Any parents experience such a significant drop using the atropine on the child?

      Thanks
      ZX
