If you bother to read through all the comments, most of them seem to prefer or demanding Bishan...

Prefer and demand are 2 separate things. Let's not lump them together. I would also prefer Bishan if I have a choice. Didn't read the petition but I assume what you implied is factually correct.

I think those who are indeed demanding transfer directly to the Bishan sch bcoz of this debacle, are indulging in wishful thinking. MOE will not, and cannot set such a precedence.

But let's not tar everyone who is affected with the same brush, just bcoz some of them made outrageous demands. Let's be fair to the rest, can?

As far as my girl's class is concern, they are all in the top 80s for A & B class according to last year's result. My elder girl who graduated recently was streamed this way few years back too.


Every school has their own system and if parents are in doubt, they may want to check with the school directly.

You may unaware that it did not applied since last year for P2. This year also the same. Some parents have been silent on this issue throughout the year in order to avoid embarrassment as their daughter/son is beyond 120 in the level position still in 3A. A lot of parents are very unhappy about it. It was school new system.

My boy does not feeling nervous…maybe he will feel nervous once step into school compound…that’s what he said. Still holiday mood…
