Some sharing here. Plant-based Omega-3 not only for children but also for adult
Nowadays contain too much omega-6 due to vegetable oils, processed food and meat. Hence increasing omega-3 intake can improve health greatly.
Omega-3 are an essential part of cell membranes. They promote heart health by reducing triglycerides (fats in the blood), blood pressure, arteriosclerosis. They also help to regulate immunity by reducing inflammation and allergic reactions.
I always encourage parents switch their Animal-based Omega 3 to Plant-based Omega 3.Ingredients: Chia seed, Kiwi fruit seed.

Just to share some of my experience. Been trying alot of way that hope can help my gal to increase her immunity and recover from flu and cough, eg, tuina, herbal spa treatment, essential oils, humidifier...etc, etc. Spent alot of money and times. Till after, thankful to my friend share with me the Nutritional Immunology.
