Considered before, but it’s more expensive and still have to take care of her and do house chores when we got home after work. So the sum is not tt worth it.

RE: Indonesia domestic worker (FDW)
Aiyo, I was having the same idea as urs when I replace her with the first. She is 31yo (olderst I can find) have a 8y.o kid and tot to have financial problem tts y she came here. In the end the same thing.
And she does like u said too! When our rice is used up and she diam diam and won’t tell us. She did this on purpose to hope for a chance to eat outside. And once I realise the toilet was dirty and asked her y. Then she ans me the toilet washing agent was used up.
Really sick of living with these kinda ppl with dishonesty and laze. Wanted to change her but it will take lots of trouble time and money… Just wish my daughter can grow up soon… Haha -
RE: Indonesia domestic worker (FDW)
I did tot of tt too, and I tot of giving in to her too. I suggested to my wife before to allow her to have a very basic facial cream but my wife says no. She said no maids have such privileges and agency only allow them to have body lotion and shampoo. Somemore now she steal our things and we still give in to her? Its her responsibility to speak up for herself about what she need and not us guessing about what she need.
I tried treating her well before, hoping she will treat my daughter better… Buying her food, helping out in housework, letting her take nap in noon etc etc. But she just take things for granted and continue the same working attidude.
Anw, she wouldn’t know if I place the powder in MY OWN facial container. And if she use it and got it. She deserve it! Cos she shouldn’t have use it in the first place! -

verykiasu2010:
get evidence, confront her, send her to police station, inform MOM, she could be jailed if convicted by the court, or you can send her out on the next flight
be prepared to be without maid for a while, unless you have a new maid on standby
If there's a law tt states this action is a crime I will do so when I dun need her anymore. I wouldn't mind sending her to jail, break her rice bowl and makes sure tt she can nv come back to sg. Cos I feel like these ppl ( including my first maid) are here to get attached instead of doing her primary job well.
Oh ya, and share with u guys a joke. There was once she became such a desparado she even tot my hair wax was facial cream! I walked pass her and smelt my hair wax and saw her face being whitened. Haha I feel like buying itchy powder and make her fall into trap... Whr in sg can I buy such things? -
RE: Indonesia domestic worker (FDW)
Help help help! I’m having a stealing indon maid. Not in terms of money but all types of my family’s facial thingy. And even though it’s so obvious she won’t admit it. She just think tt we can’t do anything about it if she dun admits.
But Well she is right, me and my wife are both working and we need a maid to take care of our 1yr old daughter. And now we have to lock up all our facial cream when we dun use them. Damn inconvinent and fucking hate het for tt! We have to do so cos she is using my wife’s expensive facial cream tt can cause up to hundreds, and she is using it like free! Even if there are ppl at home, she will use it whenever there’s a chance.
Just dun und y she is so gan jiong about her skin and not her job. I started hating her cos I realise she care more bout herself thAn my daughter. There was once I even caught her letting my daughter play with a knife in order to keep her quit, what a fucking nuisience!
She is already the 2nd indon maid, first one has a lazy problem and likes stealing food. Does all indon maid happen to be like tt when no one is having an eye on them. Y can’t they just have a little bit of dignity?
I do not know is it an offense to use other’s item without authority, if yes I wouldn’t mind getting some proof and send her to police when I dun need her anymore somefay. If anyone fsce the same problem here, pls advice! -

RE: Father using vulgarities on young daughter
Yeah… every of your actions counts while you are with them. especially when they are 2yrs old onwards. They picked up your little actions very quickly. My son once learned a hokkien vug from my father in law, and it takes time to educate him from saying that. Picking up is fast but educating them to stop takes time. So parenting is always about setting an example infront of your child.
