We are thinking of letting our daughter attend Berries next year when she is in K2. One thing we would like to find out is how much homework the child is expected to do after her class at Berries ?


We have this concern because she now attends I-Can-Read and we always end up spending quite a few hours with her at home doing her homework from the enrichment class.

Since you have access to internet, why would you need a travel agent to apply the Australian ETA / visa for you ? It’s really quite straightforward from the website…

You can get thermal swimwear from any swimwear stores, including but not limited to Arena, or other general kids store like Kiddy Palace. But to me online purchase is better, more variety and cheaper. Check out Amazon.

I tried to get an air purifier today from Best Denki but it seems most models are out of stock. I wonder if anyone tried purchasing one online from, say, Amazon ?


I did a quick comparison, someone mentioned a Honeywell 17200 cost S$600 a few years ago, and I can find a presumably similar Honeywell 17000 selling for about US$100 on Amazon. That’s a big difference even after factoring in shipment (direct shipment between S$150-200, depending on the shipment speed).

One possible issue is that you’ll need a transformer, as for service, I don’t think it’s too much of an issue as these aren’t very complicated machines (I think the local sellers are just profiteering from the haze).
