I hope my child will have a steady growth spurt because for me at 13 y.o I stood at 178 and kept growing till 22. I was already over 198 at 16 y.o ---- till date I am 204.

Do you think it is advisable to give peanut soup or tian qi during puberty years … My child whom is in P6 is still average height.


I hope he will grow tall but not as tall as me because I am already 204cm
