Hi, I need urgent advice here please. Being a first-time (and blur) employer, I sent my helper back for her home leave without applying for home leave at the embassy or renewing her KTKLN card. I even forgot to return her the WP slaps forehead. She stays in the rural areas of Sumbawa so travelling to the KTKLN offices in the cities may be a little too taxing. Can Rini or anyone with similar experience advise what should I do next or get ready before DHL-ing her WP and documents (that I can do on my end in Singapore)? I really hope she doesn’t get stuck on the way back to Singapore. Sigh. Should have done my homework thoroughly. Thanks ladies for your advice in advance!
