Ok I guess I was lucky. Art came natural so I took it as an additional subject since pure science kids didn’t have this as a subject then. Kinda of disappointed DS1 can’t seem to have a very good grip on this subject.

Hi,
would like to know if any mummy here engaged a HCL home tutor for your child. If so, would you be able to recommend. No agent please. TIA! -

Yes, son has 2 papers on one day...during a breakfast session, we were told that is expected for secondary school...but 2 is the max in a day. -
For lower secondary, some schools don't practise this style as more for upper secondary as to prepare them for O level. Wonder how you kids cope ? It's tough to handle 2 subjects in a day for sec 1

it's very tough...esp if both subjects are 'heavy' ones. imagine having history and literature on same day. son has math and listening comprehension today...not so bad. anyway, it's almost the last day since it is art tomorrow.
have to remind him to tone down because younger sister's SA1 ends only on wed. -
Maths and Science papers on the same day. DD does not think it matters cos she is supposed to be ready by now.
But drinking chicken essence on days with heavy subjects to maintain mental alertness.
