I take my collagen as dessertβ¦after Iβve finished those, wonβt Be buying. Home cooked meal beats any collagen.

Dont mention, Keroppi....Augmum, thank you so much for posting the info.
Looks like I need to change my diet and start hunting for red fruits/vegetables.
I'll save the $$ on collagen supplement and replenish my
bottle of Omega-3 pills then, since that is also a collagen booster.
I wonder if I can take my DS' appleton with lysine  ...
since lysine helps in collagen production ....
As for all my collagen facial products from the FaceShop,
guess got to just finish it ... won't buy them anymore.
Free browse the net.....there shd be more detailed info on foods that boost own collagen production....(that day i wasnt free to search for more)

There is a day event I need to attend.
Is there any place I can go get a makeup done w/o costing me a bomb? Just simple makeup. -
Hi, may I know what kind of shampoo do you use? Recently I changed from Asience to Pantene and find that my hair looks limp and dull. Thought of switching back to the former. Any good recommendations for oily scalp but dry ends?

Decided to stay at home to coach the younger boy for SA1. Luckily did not go. Both hubby and elder boy said their butts were sore from sitting from the long hours. Heng ah
