Registration ends at 4.30 pm for ALL schools.Dear phttph
This info is really indeed useful to me. Oh dear, means every phase will ends at 3.30pm and who shall I ask if I'm given a chance to ballot? The general officer? S if I've gotten no chance to ballot I will have to rush down to the backup Sch by 4.30pm right? But how cum the back up Sch allows me to register after 3.30pm.. Sorry for such questions, I'm really scratching my head now... Thanks
Check the status of the first school by 3.30 pm so that you will have sufficient time to travel to the backup school and register by 4.30 pm. You have to register by 4.30 pm, not reach the school by 4.30 pm. -

How does this cert looks like? Is the health book sufficient? thx u.The immunisation certificate should be prepared in advanced by now. Make sure all necessary immunisation is taken. My copy is at home, endorsed by the PD.

An immunisation certificate is issued by our nurses when your child completes the childhood immunisation schedule, usually at 18 months of age.
For primary school registration, if you have misplaced your child's immunisation certificate, you may also download your child's immunisation records using your SingPass login ID from the National Immunisation Registry (NIR) at http://www.nir.hpb.gov.sg/nir/eservices/eservice.jsp.

You need to bring your health book to your gp and ask them to issue a certificate for you. It's just a piece of A5 size paper (for my case) with the GP signature. (Provided all necessary vaccination have given to your child) -

If your bb has been getting all the vaccination shots from the same doc, at the end of all the vaccinations, the nurse / receptionist would have prepared a cert with the doc signature and attached to the health booklet.

Do you have a cert like piece of paper that has a table of all the vaccinations, with the dates each shot was given and the doc signature at the end of the cert, attached to the health booklet? -

Living half in boxes now, think easier if I get PD to issue cert when we arrive home. Cant imagine unpacking again
:thankyou: to all for all these helpful tips.

Actually, the health book is sufficient. It should have indicated all the vaccinations your child has received so far. So, you may simply make copies of the health book (the page that indicates the vaccinations and dates taken). -
hi all,
any idea if vaccination MMR D2 (Measles/Mumps/Rubella) is required? I’ve went online to print out my dd’s immunisation certificate and realised all in place except for this vaccination.
TIA. -
Hi, I am moving to Woodlands by end of the year therefore if anyone knows whether I can apply school in Woodlands before I move out?
I am staying at Boon lay Drive now. -
any parents from this batch studied in a full school before ?
example : MGS Secondary, CHIJ St Nicholas Secondary, etc ?
in a full school -
if you had previously studied in the Secondary school before, but not her primary school, it doesn't matter. Your child is still eligible to enter under Phase 2A :-
