Hi parents,


We are sorry for the late replies and for not being contactable. The main issue is that we do not have enough administrative staff to handle the number of calls and enquiries. Most of the administrative staff handle other matters as well and the timings to call us are also limited, hence there is a backlog created. We have been looking into how we can improve our website to handle more enquiries and we have also been hiring more part-time staff to handle administrative matters. However, the new website needs further tweaking before we can launch it and we still need more part-time staff to handle the calls and emails despite hiring some staff lately.

We thank you for your feedback. We will work on this issue and look into hiring more staff. Sorry for the inconvenience and frustration caused. We fully understand that it is very frustrating for you to try to reach us. We know that this problem has persisted despite our efforts to try to solve it. We hope you can be patient with us while we work on this. If this problem still persists after about 1 week, could you kindly PM us so we can look into it and see what else can be done?

I notice that the prints on the Graphic Stimulus Comprehension worksheet tends to be very blurred and difficult to read. Is there a possibility to improve on the quality of the printing?

After waiting for two weeks, I decided to visit their centre in person! The admin lady is not helpful at all…maybe they don’t care new customer!

Anyway, they’re out of my consideration!

Just to update…I got SMS reply yesterday noon,

then followed by a call at night…
So it took around 3 days,
after I called,SMS,emailed,& visited their branch last fri…
Person-in-charge who called was polite
& apologised for slow response,
and said they are working on improving communication with parents.
I would say maybe I am a bit more lucky to get my queries addressed faster than expected…
Guess there are really a lot of enquiries.
