Btw, why was the person who recorded this incident terminated?
For speaking out the truth and showing what has been happening behind closed doors? -

Even if he is not terminated by the company, I seriously doubt he wants to continue his intern there.Btw, why was the person who recorded this incident terminated?

Maybe that is why a good academic qualification alone does not guarantee a good career? :scratchhead:I see from OMY. The guy is 29 years old and fetch a salary of $500 only for 3 years!!!!!!!!!!
I really feel something not right somewhere. Which U-grad willing to fetch a salary of $500? Even some maid earn more than him. A cleaner also earn more than him. -

After seeing such abuse, who would want to continue working there...next target could well be this person. But this termination is unfair.

So do most interns suffer low pay and abuse???
Having a degree may not guarantee a good job but are employers willing to take in people who have no degree?
A degree opens the door for many, isn't this reality? -
Victim work there for $500/month for 3 years. Parents demand 100k compensation. This story is not going to be a simple one

$100k for 3 years of abuse(assuming he was abused since day1) & underpaid like not worth leh. In normal circumstances, he should be able to earn about that amount in 3 years without the physical & mental abuse.
