          Hi

          My son’s English Paper 2 = 51-95.

Any suggestions how to help him with cloze passages (open ended) and comprehension?

Or any good assessment books to recommend?

          Thank you

Follow the noun that is closer to the verb.

'were' should be changed to 'had been'.
