The boys in her sch will go to St. Andrews for their p1 familiarization
Like attending a lesson in class and importantly how to buy food at the canteen.

Does anyone know if the school bus service runs from Tampines to St Marg’s? Wondering what the morning boarding time will be like?

Not sure how its like now but is there an emphasis on the arts, dance and music at St Margaret’s in this current time and day if you have your girls there? Do most St Margaret girls move on to St Margaret’s Secondary?

We are contemplating between PLMGS and St Margaret’s and appreciate any honest pieces of advice.

I read about the student care service. But what's this YMCA?
Do you mean the student care run by YMCA but is located at smps?

Im more than 2km away and yearly there's balloting. Is ther anyone who can share how's the balloting like for last year?

Very anxious. Distance is an issue to me too but the other good sch near my place is very popular and probability to get in is quite low.

Yes, YMCA runs an after-school student care at SMPS itself. I think it's about $295 for one month (inclusive of lunch and a tea-break). Latest you can pick your dd up is 6.30pm. You can also arrange for her to be picked up by school bus or by yourself after work.

I am staying in the North-East so I am definitely more than 2km away. However, I have done my PV work and so will be eligible for 2B. Did you do PV?

Wish there was a P1 familiarization for my dd but unfortunately her kindergarten is not affliated. She just watches the smps girls get dropped off or line up during their morning assembly when we send her to school in the morning.

Lucky u. I didn’t do any PV as I had no one to help look after my no 3 last yr so gotta fall under 2c. And based on history, there’s always balloting for 2c more than 2km every year.

There mAy be more than 1 kindergarten that arrange p1 familiarization pgm to st Margaret.

Far eastern church kindergarten is one if them, on 21 may 2013.
