Under 2C <1km, there are 110 vacancies in the hot school, only 79 SC applicants and 63 PR applicants, what happen to the remaining 31 vacancies? Will balloting by these 63 PR applicants? Or transfer these 31 vacancies to 2C S?

The 31 seats will be balloted among the 63 PR applicants, all within 1km. No seats will be available at Phase 2CS.

Under P2C, if the PR applicant is <1km and the SC applicant is >1km, the priority will be the PR not SC. :slapshead:

That means PR are still eligible to P1, P2A, P2B and P2C.

Ohhh “No” absolute priority to SC!!! :frustrated:

      吓,谁说的? :scared: 你不要误导别人喔!

I don't have any kids, nieces, nephews going for p1 registration (youngest already 10 years old), and I suggest you read the p1 registration rules and regulations again carefully.

When there’s more demand than vacancies in a particular phase, SC has absolute priority.

        For example P2C

        There are 20 vacancies.

        < 1km
        2SC and 3 PR

        1-2km

        4 SC and 5 PR

        > 2km

        6 SC and 10 PR

The 12 SCs will get into the school

Then looking at the remain applicants which make up the PRs, the 3 PRs within 1 KM will get in, so will the 5 PRs 1-2km. No chance for PRs > 2km.

                  Questions:

                  1. Can we get the registration form in advance so that we can complete it first and bring it to the school on the registration day?

                  2. Will the withdrawal process be the same if we choose to do online registration as compared to manual registration?

                  3. From MOE website : "Singapore Citizen (SC) / Singapore Permanent Resident (PR) children who are unsuccessful in obtaining a Primary One place in a school of their choice at the end of Phase 2C Supplementary should approach MOE to facilitate their placement to a school which still has vacancies."
Does it means that SC and PR cannot participate directly and register under phase 3?

                  TIA

Can I also ask WHEN will the school check about home-school distance? Is it done in front of parents during the registration or will it be done later (where the parents can only depend on their accuracy in keying in the data)?
Any one can advice me? Thanks

When you fill up the registration form and hand to the school, the school will mark on the check box the distance. You should see right at the bottom of the form, checkbox of < 1km, 1-2 km and >2km.

From there you will know your home school distance

The registration form can be found on the MOE website. However, schools require carbon copies, so you will still need to complete the form on the spot. It's a simple form and won't take you more than five minutes to complete.

What do you mean by \"the same\"?

If your child is unsuccessful after P2CS, MOE will ask you to nominate schools you want your child to be in and that still have vacancies then. All SCs and PRs will be allocated a place before Phase 3 starts. So, why do you want to participate in Phase 3?

It will be done in front of the parents during registration.
