There’s another new hobby I have recently: buying houses, renovate them until nice nice, then sell them. Quite fun. I am the new Phua Chu Kang. -

Foccacia- how early are you going to start making it? Dh loves making this as stress-reliever :love: - so children and I benefit during his stress periods

I'll put most of the ingredients into the bread machine and start the timer. By the time I wake up, the dough would be kneaded, then I add in any extra ingredients, shape it and then put it in the oven. It'll take about 20 minutes at most to bake, so the morning process won't take longer than 30 minutes.
Just chanced upon that new property hobby, yeah, lucrative, especially in this market. -

Ah, I was wondering if you'd be using a breadmaker. We dont have one as I worry that it will be a white elephant. So far our Tefal convection oven is doing a great job in bread making. Of course dh needs to do the kneading which he enjoys ;D

But i do agree that this hobby is definitely fun and definitely lucrative. I do
have acquaintances who are into this property fun.
Helps money to
