Heard that Aphelion is good in English,Ispark is maths, Pro-Ed is science and Ortus is chinese. :celebrate:

Oh! What I heard was ispark is for the GEP as well as DSA applicants in various areas who has high score in GAT and/or Tscore. Octus are in general strong in maths. As for Aphelion and ProEd, I'm not sure - perhaps strong in languages? But how would they know in cases where students scored 4A*?

              Believe me. They know!
              MOE communicate with these people!

My DS is in Ortus. 4A* & only merit in HCL, so not possible tat Ortus good in Chinese la. He is quite good in Maths though. Ya, I also wonder how they know which subjects the students are gd at. Mayb like what Way2Go mentioned, they communicate w MOE. Understand fm DS that now the M'sian Scholars are merged into all the consortiums unlike wat was mentioned in the earlier thread tat Ortus is for M'sian scholars. His class already hv 10 of them.

                        pinky88:

Same here, my hubby was stuck at Adam exit for abt 15 mins. Also reach HCI at 720am. This morning, he tried exit via Stevens Rd, reach HCI at 7.10am. Left home at 6.35am.

Hi I tried new route over the last 3 days, i took PIE, CTE, exit Bukit Timah Road. i left home around 630am and reached HCI by 650am. This way i will skip steven road + adam road junction using the overpasss or underpass. The traffic was really smooth.

Tks, 38daddy 4 sharing this new discovery. It'll b my turn to drive DS to sch next wk. Guess I'll still stick to Stevens exit cos' the past few days were smooth. The jam at Stevens exit is only on the left lane towards SJI & SCGS. If u keep to the right lane, its smooth. Use the underpass to avoid the jam at NYPS (near the adams exit). But, we will only know the real traffic condition next wk when the sch term starts for HCI & NJC. Hopefully not another nightmare again.
