So by defination -Priority for SC over PR is for that \"particular phase only\".
Phase 2B and Phase 2C is considered different phase?
I still thought Phase 2 as a whole is considered one big phase and phase 2B and phase 2C is a subset of phase 2.
Isnt that better, the whole phase 2 let citizens get in first before PR?

Any parent has updates on Radin Mas as of now? I am SG under phase 2b within 1-2km. Worried about vacancies left.

Another 2 more enrolled today this morning for Nan Hua Pri, so now is 49 in total, and left with 30 seats for both phrase 2B and 2C. Not sure if there will be anymore enrolling later. Gosh… Im in phrase 2B, will have to cross my fingers for the balloting. Any idea if the balloting is on the day of 26th July, and what time is it held and where?

Yes it really looks like we are waiting for TOTO Million dollar draw !
In the room, they even set up video cam to take down the whole process (as required by MOE) & a white board with all the kids name. Once they rolled out the kids number ball, one staff will make a notation beside the kids name that he was balloted in.

I would rather we strike this than to win a TOTO. Money cannot even buy us a vacancy right ha ha.....

Yesterday, I asked him did he see many aunties & uncles doing the registrations for P1?
