Balloting is usually conducted on the results announcement day.

The school will give you a note to inform on the balloting date and time (should balloting be required) on the day that you register. But it's definitely on 26 July for phase 2b. Just a difference in timing depending on which school. Most do it in the morning to not prolong the parents agony. Haha...

Hopefully Day 2 will not have more then 21 register. If not need luck to ballot liao..Oooo my more than 60hrs of PV effort... :xedfingers:
