Means those 2b parent volunteers who clocked > 80 hrs staying outside 1 km of nanyang - need to withdraw, because no chance to ballot. Nanyang no clan. Only pv or grassroot leaders.

actually every year Nanyang phase 2B has balloting within 1km. Someone should be kind enough to tell those staying outside 1km not to bother wasting their 80++ hours volunteering. don't even have a chance to ballot.

Hmmm from what I know, all vaccinations must be complete prior to P1. Buuuuttt… not sure if it refers to prior to P1 registration or before physically attending P1.

              Agree.
No point giving nanyang parents staying more than 1 km - false hope.
After clocking so hard, sweating out > 80 hrs, only to realize that don't even have any chance to ballot, due to competition from grassroots. Only to be turned away in frustration, and disappointment. Principal should state explicitly on the pv application form to public - only stay less than 1 km then apply.

Actually, principal of nanyang need to address this issue.
Should not keep taking in many pv, give parents false hope, great disappointment and tears,
for those staying outside 1 km. last time Zoe Tay case outside 2 km no hope. Now become outside 1 km no hope.

Nanyang can learn from Rgps - ie. place a cap on the number of pv intake, each year.
Rgps take in max 20 pv each year - rgps cap the limit (although hundreds of pv applications pour in) because we also expecting grassroot to come in too. Rgps principal does not wish to give parents any false hope, sad disappointment, ie clock > 60 hours, for nothing.

Any updates of breakdown for nanyang and nanhua?

NYPS: 30 SC within 1km; 25 places avail. As at 11am.

Stay away grass roots \"leaders\", boo hiss. :siam:

I don't think that is what ZhengHu wants to see; Singaporean fighting against Singaporean. Can't we be more gracious? Everybody has equal chances.

Hi! I've checked with the pd... for kids born before 2007, that 'missing' MMR dose from the immunisation records is meant to be taken in sch when they're in P1 or just before P1 if you prefer to go to the pd.

I understand your frustration. Calm down and think of another back up plan. Last day of phase 2b,cut off time 4:30pm. Btw, did NYPS set a min clocking hours for PV? We all know that there is no confirm place no matter you are PV or grassroot leader. Some more those apply with twins too. After hearing the past yr from PV abt the clocking issues, we should be mentally prepared for such case occurred.
