Yes, in fact most parents will choose to attend the ballot, some even bring the child along. So that they will know the results first hand, and to decide to continue to try in Phase 2C or to try another school which is less popular.

Pls don't bring the kid. It becomes dishearting when you don't get balloted in and the kid ask why...

Anyone here knows how the balloting process goes? Will they call out all the children's names one by one before putting into the balloting box?

I dunno if I can survive the \"live\" stress, am anxiously waiting for the registration update for NCPS, anyone manage to find out the status from the school?

I think in all cases it is \"positive selection\" in that if there are 22 going for 21 places, they don't pull out 1 name and say \"Sorry, you're out!\" they make you wait as they select 21 winners.

But whether roll balls, pick name, pick number, father pick, principal pick, kids pick etc - I thk it's school dependent.

I understand from my sister that 5 is pr, the rest are sc making up of13 is <1km, 18 is btw 1km-2km, 43 is > 2km. She is btw 1-2km, does she need balloting?
