Brillionaire Kids @NEX -anyone sent ur kids here?

I'm considering sending my kid to the playgroup that this enrichment centre http://brillionairekids.com.sg at NEX offers. Not sure if its good. Anyone sent ur kids there before? Thanks!

I would say the baking classes offered is good. The play group I can’t comment. It depends on the teachers you get. The experienced and passionate ones will be worth the money for you to put your child there. Overall, I feel the staff at Brillionaire Kids are friendly to parents and children.

I'm also trying to contact them. Seems like they not answering phone calls. Has their business folded? I wanted to sign up my child for a baking workshop and it is so difficult to contact them over the phone. Previously, they were prompt in answering any queries.

I'm also waiting for the refund. We paid full term just 2 days before its closure. Keep calling them for clarification about the refund but they never pick up the phone. They do texted me that the refund will take about 2 weeks. But keep ignoring the our calls. :xedfingers:

It's been 3 weeks and I'm still waiting for the refund.
Last message from Brillionaire says this Saturday and she's been pushing it.

The shop was forced to close if I am not wrong as my child school is beside this school and when term1 july started, there were security guard sealing up the area and i saw some staffs outside calling on the phone…
