Hi, I m new to this website and would like some advice as its gg to be my first trip with my son. We intend to go 3 days 2 nights at Disneyland hotel.


1. Do you know if weather in HK is v hot in mid June as compared to early June?
2. Is it advisable to book air tic SQ and accommodation myself online than through a travel agency?
3. Is character dining at Enchanted restaurant available daily?
4 is it easy to travel by train from Disneyland hotel to other parts of HK say for dinner or 2-3 hours shopping?

I tried emailing the hotel but they didn’t really answe my questions then just kept giving me the link to their website and asking me whether I’m taking up the early bird offer.

Really hope someone can help me here. Thanks thanks.

p> I would think its the same. I went once in end May to 1st week of June, the weather was similar as Singapore.

2. Is it advisable to book air tic SQ and accommodation myself online than through a travel agency?
p> I went with my older dd when she was 3 years. I bought SQ ticket and booked my hotel online and roam on our own. Last year I had my baby with me, I bought my own SQ tickets, but engaged an agency (Travel Star) for hotel in Kowloon, Disneyland hotel, two way airport transfer. They gave me free HK city tour and free tour to either Shenzhen or Macau.

3. Is character dining at Enchanted restaurant available daily?
p> I think its weekend only

4 is it easy to travel by train from Disneyland hotel to other parts of HK say for dinner or 2-3 hours shopping?
p> You can consider to stay one day in Kowloon. For my case, the agent provided transport from Kowloon hotel to Disneyland hotel. Its a long distance from Disneyland hotel to other parts of HK. Not sure how old is your son. My older dd was easy to manage, when she was 18mths old, I took her with me travelling in Seoul shopping from Myeongdong, Dongdaemun to Apgujeong.

I dun think there is any promo for school holidays. Disneyland hotels will be more ex in Dec compare to Nov.

Hi,

We travelled from Zhuhai to HK instead ( should be 3-4 yrs back). We stayed 3 nights in 国泰hotel at Zhuhai which is located beside the Macau/Zhuhai custom. I have not been to Shenzhen,.so not able to compare about the shopping.

Zhuhai has a underground shopping(similar to Taipei), but we didn't buy anything from those shops( similar to Bangkok).
