Thank you all for the updates. NYPS is within 1km for us. RGPS will be within 2km. RGPS history for balloting for 2C has always been for those within 1km, the rest not eligible. But this year the vacancy is higher with 58 slots. Hence rather than balloting for NYPS within 1km maybe we have a chance without balloting at RGPS. Still deciding......

You need to monitor closely till the last day. Applicants <1km of RGPS may wait till the last mintute to register.
