Whole month of bumming around.
Kids on holiday so not waking up as early so no morning runs, by evening, felt it was too hot to run. Finally dragged myself for a run 2 weeks ago and thereafter the haze started. Hope the haze stays away when the school starts and I can resume my daily 5km, in the mornings. -
