Got Wii as Mother's Day gift :please: . Spent 30 minutes dancing and boxing with son. Boxing is very tiring 😓

Went jogging on the track mill and did some weights.

Had vegetarian bee hoon for lunch, grilled fish fillet with boiled broccoli & carrot plus baked potato (no topping) for dinner.

Back from the gynae’s clinic -

              1. prelim breast exam - ok
              2. pelvic ultrasound scan - ok

              Next week mammogram/ultrasound test.

The gynae is a very patient lady and her nurses are very friendly n approachable. If anyone needs her contact, feel free to pm me.

                  Whole month of bumming around.

Kids on holiday so not waking up as early so no morning runs, by evening, felt it was too hot to run. Finally dragged myself for a run 2 weeks ago and thereafter the haze started. Hope the haze stays away when the school starts and I can resume my daily 5km, in the mornings.
