Anyone know how did Fairfield fare in the 2012 PSLE? I heard that more than 20% score 250 and above. Is it true?

The highest point is Nanyang Primary 285
I think Fairfield highest score is 271
There are 9 Primary schools with 280 and above.

I am not that interested in the top scorer of the schools, as I suspect that for some schools the top scorer is an outlier and is not truly reflective of the overall performance of the school.

I read somewhere that those with PSLE scores above 250 are among the top 10% nationwide and last year there are only 15 schools with more than 20% of its students scoring 250 and above. If Fairfield is one of the 15 schools that’s very good result.

My girl is going to FMPS next year. I heard school hours are from 730am-110pm.

We'll probably confirm that during orientation in Nov.
