Call up respective school(s) -
request to speak to Tamil HOD, confirm with her whether school offer Hindi or Panjabi ? Since she is Head of Department, she is the best person to advise you.

that do not offer Tamil, as 2nd language.

Am unable to determine which is better. Compassvale pri follows the normal teaching method from MOE while North Vista is modeled after the Reggio-Emilia approach to education.

Compassvale offers Tamil and Hindi classes. However, this year's registration is really hot! Heard that those PRs staying within 1 km were told to withdraw in phase 2C and to register in other schools in the area. No chance for PRs to ballot.
