Anybody can advise other than the original S&P agreement. What else can I use as proof of purchase?

Can someone explain the waiting list system? Is it first come first serve?

My dd got in to my 1st choice sch thru waitlist. According to the sch of my choice, priority is given to children who have registered in their sch but failed in the ballot and subsequently submitting their names into their waitlist. Their waitlist system does has an expiry date which means your application is only valid for a certain months, afterwhich, if you still have interest, you got to continue to put your name in again. Only parents who consistently showed interest in their sch will be considered. Different sch have different validity period. Do check with the respective sch.
Of course, I do submit all the certificates that dd has obtained in her early years together with the waitlist form for the sch to consider just in case the sch needs such talent! (Who knows! better to be Kiasu!)

EDIT: Usually, priority on waiting list for P1 entry is given to PVs who failed at the ballots, then to clans/church/grassroots pple who also failed at the ballots. Priority for these pple also go higher if they live within 1km. Then comes those who tried to ballot at Phase 2C and failed. Distance plays a part.

Waiting list priority is up to the school to decide.
Different schools have different policies on this.
Most will not reveal it of cos, but they will have their own criteria to sort out those on the waiting lists.

And from the transfer cases I've seen, distance didn't seem to play a part at all. It was the parent's persistence that played a major role.

Agree that diff schools may have diff policies but so far, from my contacts, for pre-P1 transfers, most of the successful waiting list cases were PVs who got balloted out. For post P1 (P2 and above), SA1 and SA2 results matter more.

Mine successful case was for 2C....a few of us got into this sch as our first choice as we (I saw a few parents on that same day to transfer in) were all balloted out from 2C.
Thus, that is to say, even if you didn't get in in 2C, don't give up hope...there's always light at the end of the tunnel!

What do you mean? if balloted out from 2C, putting on waitilist will have hope? as there are many people putting in the waiting list after the balloting .. including myself.. how do i get a chance to get in ? people around me was telling me, putting in waitlist is as good as \"no use\".. the school will not call.. as based on what criteria??

or do you mean, after my child enter to another school.. then try to ask for transfer ? how to do that?
