Is there any slightest of hope at all that a more than 2km family who dont qualify for 1 or any 2A1 or 2 registration phases can ever hope to get into Nan Hua?

Transferred in at a later stage, after P1? Actually this yr, 2 gals from my boy's class (P2) transferred out of NH. Not sure why. So by right, there should be vacancy available for others to get in.

If you don't sign up, you will be under 2A2. If sign up, you will be under 2A1.

With compulsory 40 seats reserved (set aside) for phase (2b + 2c) :-
Wef 2008 born kids -
2a(2) > 2 km face high risk of balloting.
